The nuclear industry is always a net consumer of energy. To meet increasing demand if nuclear capacity is increased, it results in fossil and other fuels to be guzzled in other types of power plants built to meet forever increasing demand. This goes on raising the health risks to all life and other risks like earthquakes. Nuclear is never an option for meeting energy demands.
